Does this template work in Outlook?
Yes. Two-Column is built with tables and inline styles, which is what Outlook handles best. Classic Outlook for Windows may square off rounded corners, but the text, layout and links stay intact. See the Outlook guide.
Is it really free?

Can I change the colours?

Why is there no photo?

Will it look right on mobile?
Most mail apps show it as-is. On a narrow screen a wide signature may be scaled down a little. Keep it to a few lines and it stays easy to read.
