The problem
Why does a signature need an account?
It's five lines of text and a small photo. Yet most 'free' generators hand you this:
- 01 Create an account
- 02 Start your 14-day free trial
- 03 Add a credit card
- 04 Remove our watermark: $6/month
- 05 Verify your email first
…or you could just make it. ↘
Here, instead
-
No account
Open the builder and start. Your details stay in your browser.
-
No watermark
No 'Made with…' line under your name. It's your signature.
-
Images that work
Photo and logo get a permanent link, so Gmail and Outlook show them.
-
Help for every mail app
Right after copying, you see exactly where to paste.
16 templates
This is real email code, not a mockup.
What you see below is exactly the HTML you'll copy: tables and inline styles, so it looks the same in every inbox.
How it works
Two minutes. Really.
-
Fill in your details
Name, title, phone, socials. Leave blank whatever you don't need and it won't show up.
-
Pick or build
Choose one of 16 templates or drag blocks into place: photo, logo, button, QR code, banner.
-
Copy and paste
One click. Then we tell you, in three lines, where to paste it in your mail app.
Copied! Where are you pasting it?
- 01 Open Gmail, click the gear → See all settings.
- 02 On the General tab, scroll to Signature → Create new.
- 03 Paste with Ctrl/⌘ + V and hit Save changes at the bottom.
This pops up right after you copy.
Install guides
The hard part is pasting. We help with that.
Every mail app hides the signature setting somewhere different. We wrote them all down, including what to do when it goes wrong.

Fair questions.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every template, the builder, hosting for your photo and logo, the team generator and the install guides are free. No trial, no watermark, no 'upgrade to download'. We might add a paid team plan with central management later, but what's free today stays free.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the builder, fill in your details and copy your signature. Kind Regards never asks for your email address.
Where is my data stored?
In your own browser. Your name, phone number and the rest are saved locally so you can pick up where you left off. Only a photo or logo you upload goes online, because email apps need to load images from a web address.
Will my photo and logo show up in Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. Many free tools paste images as embedded code, which Gmail and Outlook often block. We host your image at a permanent public link, so it simply shows up everywhere.
Can I edit my signature later?
Yes. Your design is saved in the browser you made it in. Come back, tweak, copy again. On a different computer you'll start with an empty form.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, with one caveat: the iPhone Mail app accepts formatted signatures but sometimes drops styling or images. Our iPhone guide shows exactly how to get it right.
Two minutes. Then back to your actual work.
No sign-up, no credit card, no subscription. Open the builder and your signature is ready.
