Clients book a person
Especially for weddings, portraits and events, people want to know who'll be behind the camera. Your own portrait, well lit of course, builds trust.

Heavy signatures backfire
Several large images in every email make replies slow, bloat threads and often show up as attachments. Let a portfolio link carry the visuals.

Dates sell
Photographers sell time slots. A 'Now booking 2027 weddings' line answers the first question before it's asked.

Frequently asked questions
Can I show my photos in my email signature?
You can, but keep it to your portrait and maybe a logo. Several images per email make replies heavy, and some email clients block images by default. A portfolio link is more reliable.
What size should my photo be?
The templates show your photo at roughly 70 to 110 pixels wide. Upload a square image of at least 220 × 220 pixels so it stays sharp on high-resolution screens.
Instagram or website?
Whichever you'd send a new client to first. If you have both, put the website in the text and Instagram as an icon.
